Shipping Policy
Fast, reliable delivery — because your stethoscope shouldn’t make you wait.
Free FedEx 2-Day Shipping
Every stethoscope on surgomed.com is priced above $50, which means every stethoscope order ships free via FedEx 2-Day. No code needed, no minimum to hunt for — it applies automatically at checkout.
For other items under $50, shipping is calculated at checkout based on weight and destination.
When Does My Order Ship?
Place your order by noon EST on a business day and we’ll pick, pack, and hand it to FedEx the same afternoon. Order after noon, over the weekend, or on a US public holiday, and it goes out the next business day.
You’ll get a tracking number by email the moment it leaves our Athens, Georgia warehouse. From there, FedEx typically delivers in 1–3 business days depending on where you are in the country.
Heads up: FedEx 2-Day refers to transit time after your package ships. Factor in our 1-business-day processing window, and most orders arrive within 2–4 business days total.
What About Engraving?
Engraving doesn’t slow things down. Your stethoscope ships on the same timeline as a non-engraved order — same day if you order before noon, next business day if you don’t.
PO Boxes
FedEx doesn’t deliver to PO Boxes, so orders going to a PO Box will ship via USPS at standard rates and won’t qualify for free 2-day service. If you want the fast free option, use a street address at checkout.
